Must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

Please note that QuirkyFeeds may, at our discretion, send a copy of such notices to a third-party for publication. As such, your letter (with personal information removed) may be forwarded to Chilling Effects (http://www.chillingeffects.org) for publication.
Filing a false DMCA removal request constitutes perjury. Please note that you may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys fees, if you materially misrepresent that content on our website and/or service is copyright infringing.
